HOW DO I SCHEDULE A MEET AND GREET?
Schedule your meet and greet by calling us at 404 207 3019. A phone call is the quickest and easiest way to get in touch. We will work with your schedule to set up a date and time that is most convenient for you. Looking forward to meeting you!
DOES MY PET HAVE TO BE NEUTERED OR SPAYED? WHAT ABOUT VACCINATIONS?
Your pets does not have to be neutered or spayed, however, for the safety of our clients and staff we must make sure your pet is non-aggressive. A meet and greet should be scheduled prior to boarding.
Vaccinations must be up-to-date. Proof of vaccinations will be requested prior to boarding.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
We send updates of your fur babies throughout the day via pictures and videos. You are free to call or video chat with us at anytime.
MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
Absolutely! If your pet requires specific accommodations just let our staff know. Please provide detailed instructions on your pet's needs so we can provide the best care possible.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
All forms of payment are accepted. We accept all debit and credit cards, as well as, Venmo, CashApp and cash.
